Attention is effortless. I t’s the quick text .The late-night “What you doing? ”The compliment sent on a whim. The breadcrumb that feels like warmth for a moment, but disappears just as quickly.

Intention requires awareness, consistency, and emotional maturity.
Intention says:

You start choosing people who choose you back — consistently, willingly, and without hesitation.
